Everything I Always Wanted to Know About Program Evaluation

Purpose
This will be a series of four cumulative workshops designed to make program evaluation and evaluation tools more accessible to grant recipient organizations. Using a cohort model, participants will learn from workshop leaders and from a peer network to strengthen their abilities to evaluate their programs and to work with external organizations to conduct program evaluations.

Goals
• Learn about different types of program evaluations
• Learn types of evaluation methodology
• Learn how to develop logic models or theories of change about program work
• Learn how to develop an evaluation plan
• Learn how to develop questions for program evaluation instruments
• Learn strategies for how to measure program outcomes and goals

Logistics
Who: 10-15 individuals from key partner organizations meeting particular selection criteria
When: March 31, April 28, May 26, and June 30, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.; lunch will be provided.
